What data do we collect and store?

We collect that data which we need to send you our Concert Announcements. We work with the mail provider LaPosta for this purpose. When you become a friend or partner of Gala Choir, or when you make a one-time donation to us, we collect data that we need to administer and account for those donations. al site of your own bank.
How long do we store personal data?
We keep personal data as long as you are on our mailing or friends list and we continue to give concerts. We store copies of these lists (temporarily) on the computers of the president and the web administrator.
Viewing, changing or deleting data

We take appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
Storage of data
If you sign up for our newsletter your data will be temporarily stored in the administration section of our website. We remove the data from the website regularly and at least once a month. Of course, our website is secured with login, password and security plugin and only accessible by our web administrators and president.

No cookies are used on our website. For the sole purpose of monitoring our website, some anonymized and aggregated data are temporarily stored. These are not traceable to individual visitors to our website.
